Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components across enterprise systems and SAP modules.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and provide solutions to complex problems for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Manage team performance, make team decisions, and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate project activities to support timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze business processes and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize software components for improved performance.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS) is required.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management in enterprise resource planning environments.
- Experience integrating custom software solutions with existing SAP modules.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with modern software engineering practices and agile development methodologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing software components.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
