Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and improve robust, resilient software across the product lifecycle.
- Design and build applications using clean code and SOLID principles.
- Apply automated testing and continuous delivery practices to move software into production.
- Support production software, use observability tooling, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis and remediation.
- Contribute to requirements, solution analysis, non-functional requirements, documentation, and risk or dependency management.
- Collaborate with technology teams and mentor or coach more junior engineers.
Requirements
- Experience supporting software used in production.
- Experience using continuous delivery techniques in production environments.
- Experience with observability tooling, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation.
- Strong multi-year experience working in Agile-based teams and collaborative coding environments.
- Experience with test-driven development, automated testing frameworks, software refactoring, and application architecture.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, and AWS.
- Desirable experience with Terraform, Python, TypeScript or JavaScript, build pipelines, PostgreSQL, or DynamoDB.
