Base Salary
$197k - $292k/yr
Responsibilities
- Make technical decisions affecting multiple teams and organizational boundaries.
- Establish conventions and processes for other employees to follow.
- Handle multiple multi-team initiatives and prioritize competing issues.
- Apply current industry capabilities and practices to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate technical issues effectively to nontechnical audiences.
- Mentor and improve the technical effectiveness of other employees through modeling, one-on-ones, working sessions, and documentation.
- Partner with product management to ideate solutions to business problems and goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to make cross-organizational technical decisions and establish processes.
- Ability to prioritize multiple complex initiatives using sound judgment.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and technical leadership capabilities.
