Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Front End team and promote technical excellence and AI-native development workflows.
- Architect and oversee the front-end ecosystem, including company-wide UI development, accessibility, scalability, security, and performance standards.
- Design and implement complex, high-performance single-page applications.
- Collaborate with backend, product, design, and Product Management teams to align architecture and deliver customer-facing features.
- Define technical standards, code review processes, technical roadmaps, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.
- Own quality assurance processes, testing strategies, automation, and regular application security audits.
Requirements
- Expert-level front-end development skills and strong proficiency in backend development and APIs.
- Excellent experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, backend technologies, and testing tools.
- Experience with React, Playwright, Vite, Node.js, Java, and Spring.
- Experience leading or mentoring front-end engineers and shaping front-end architecture and technical standards.
- Experience in a fast-paced financial services environment is preferred.
- Experience in aggregation businesses or open banking is highly advantageous.
- Commercial awareness, pragmatism, curiosity, strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, integrity, and flexibility are expected.
