Responsibilities
- Build and own integrations between corporate systems and external SaaS vendors for HR, recruiting, and administrative workflows.
- Develop and support corporate websites and internal web applications.
- Design and implement scalable APIs and data pipelines connecting enterprise platforms.
- Lead platform modernization efforts to improve reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with HR, recruiting, and business partners to translate requirements into automated technical solutions.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational runbooks for resilient production systems.
- Automate build and deployment pipelines across development and production environments.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews, document technical decisions, and promote integration and web development best practices.
- Mentor colleagues, contribute to team growth, and help shape the corporate systems technology roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in software programming and platform integrations.
- Experience building and supporting public-facing and internal websites.
- Hands-on knowledge of HR and recruitment SaaS vendors, including integration approaches and data models.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party web services.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js, plus frontend web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or a modern frontend framework.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Experience using source control systems such as Git and implementing continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting production systems, including debugging, log analysis, and incident response.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
