Responsibilities
- Own customer and business problems end-to-end from idea through production.
- Deliver features across the stack without relying on fully defined specifications or initial acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate directly with product, design, data, and engineering teams in small autonomous groups.
- Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration.
- Improve the internal agent network and development workflows.
- Focus engineering work on user and business outcomes.
- Design, build, and deploy AI-native tools or applications with measurable adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web applications, including frontend and backend development.
- Comfort working autonomously with minimal guidance and no initial acceptance criteria.
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications that achieved measurable successful adoption within an organization.
- Strong product mindset focused on problems, outcomes, and impact.
- At least 7 years of development experience building a real product, system, tool, startup, side project, or meaningful feature.
- Strong backend experience, ideally with Go.
