Responsibilities
- Own CI/CD pipelines, model and agent versioning, automated deployment, rollback, and release management for AI/ML systems.
- Build monitoring and observability for model and agent performance, drift, data quality, latency, cost, and reliability.
- Develop and operationalize production-scale agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration platforms.
- Manage the full AI/ML lifecycle from implementation and testing through deployment and continuous operational monitoring.
- Design Responsible AI frameworks covering hallucination detection, safety guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
- Establish evaluation frameworks for LLMs and agent-based systems, including quality, task success, safety, and operational effectiveness measurements.
- Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices such as infrastructure-as-code, reproducibility, automated testing, and environment parity.
- Partner with product managers, data scientists, application teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across AI development, LLMOps, quality assurance, and production deployment.
- Communicate technical strategy and progress to executive leadership and resolve complex technical blockers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, machine learning, mathematical sciences, information systems, software, electrical or electronics engineering, or a comparable field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
- At least 1–2 years of production experience with generative AI technologies.
- Hands-on production experience with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, model and agent monitoring, versioning, observability, and lifecycle management.
- Production deployment experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP and the ability to architect, scale, and operate cloud-native ML solutions.
- Expert-level Python proficiency and strong knowledge of AI/ML development ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, and deep learning.
- Advanced prompt engineering skills and production experience deploying and maintaining LLMs and multimodal models.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, vector databases, and embedding technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, technical leadership, and cross-functional influence skills.
- A master’s degree or Ph.D. in artificial intelligence, machine learning, mathematical sciences, computer science, information systems, software, electrical or electronics engineering, or a comparable field is preferred.
