Responsibilities
- Collaborate with BCG and DigitalBCG case teams on general IT, digital, and technology transformation projects.
- Provide technology advisory services and align business and technology strategies with client outcomes.
- Assess current technology landscapes, define target states, and develop transition roadmaps.
- Define and drive technical architectures and proof of concepts.
- Design innovative technology solutions and analyze complex, high-risk IT solutions.
- Facilitate client workshops for business and IT requirements, vendor selections, and innovation topics.
- Drive technology innovation using cross-industry perspectives and manage relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–12 years of experience in strategy, management, or technology consultancy and/or industry.
- Experience in an architecture domain such as solutions, applications, or big data.
- Understanding of architecture principles and exposure to modern data platform architecture.
- Broad digital and technology skills, knowledge of emerging technology trends, and strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, storylining, client-facing, and consulting skills, with a strategic mindset and executive presence.
- Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Flexibility to travel within the Southeast Asia and Asia-Pacific region; Australian citizenship is preferred.
