Base Salary
$60k - $75k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and implementing Microsoft technology solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and SharePoint.
- Ensure solution quality and performance meet established standards and requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Microsoft technology solutions.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Experience and skills involving Microsoft applications, Microsoft Dynamics 365 products, application development, client relations, people leadership, and risk management are listed among the required skills.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
- Listed certifications include AZ-204: Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate, ISTQB Certified Tester, and Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer I.
