Base Salary

$205k - $225k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship scalable fullstack features across frontend UI, backend services, and APIs.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver user-centered solutions.
  • Design and evolve APIs, data models, backend services, and relational schemas using Postgres.
  • Build performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend experiences with React and modern web technologies.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, shared components, code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering standards.
  • Improve system performance and observability and own features end-to-end from discovery through iteration.
  • Build administrator experiences for managing users, access, permissions, identity, and authentication across complex organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • At least 7 years of experience building production software with meaningful fullstack or cross-stack contributions.
  • Strong frontend fundamentals with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Backend experience building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, with production exposure to TypeScript, Java or Kotlin, and/or Ruby on Rails.
  • Experience designing relational schemas and working with Postgres.
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering partners and driving outcomes in ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Experience building or integrating identity and authentication systems, including SCIM, SSO, OAuth, and SAML.
  • Product-minded approach focused on usability, performance, measurable impact, quality, ownership, and collaboration.
