Base Salary
$205k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship scalable fullstack features across frontend UI, backend services, and APIs.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver user-centered solutions.
- Design and evolve APIs, data models, backend services, and relational schemas using Postgres.
- Build performant, accessible, and maintainable frontend experiences with React and modern web technologies.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, shared components, code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering standards.
- Improve system performance and observability and own features end-to-end from discovery through iteration.
- Build administrator experiences for managing users, access, permissions, identity, and authentication across complex organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least 7 years of experience building production software with meaningful fullstack or cross-stack contributions.
- Strong frontend fundamentals with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Backend experience building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, with production exposure to TypeScript, Java or Kotlin, and/or Ruby on Rails.
- Experience designing relational schemas and working with Postgres.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering partners and driving outcomes in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience building or integrating identity and authentication systems, including SCIM, SSO, OAuth, and SAML.
- Product-minded approach focused on usability, performance, measurable impact, quality, ownership, and collaboration.
