Responsibilities
- Deliver software solutions that address customer needs and business objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement features and enhancements for Windows desktop, API, AI, and server software products.
- Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to define requirements and prioritize features.
- Debug production problems, gather feedback, and present technical solutions to team members and customers.
- Participate in architectural decisions and research focused on scalability and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards, maintainability, and scalability.
- Modernize the technology stack and architecture and develop integrations and new AI-related features.
- Share knowledge and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering and application development experience with 8+ years of C# experience.
- Experience integrating or creating AI products for consumers.
- Experience working with both modern and legacy systems.
- Experience making design decisions for large projects, implementing design patterns, and training junior engineers.
- Experience leading engineering features and initiatives across multiple team environments.
- Preferred expertise includes SQL Server performance tuning, UI/UX design, product thinking, or test automation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate strong ownership, quality focus, and customer orientation.
