Base Salary
$121k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities in coordination with technology and management teams.
- Define system enhancements and support new products and process improvements.
- Evaluate complex business and system processes and resolve high-impact problems.
- Design scalable, cloud-native applications that align with architecture standards.
- Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Build full-stack applications using Java or Python, backend frameworks, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Integrate generative AI APIs, large language model capabilities, prompt workflows, and vector search concepts into production applications.
- Provide technical advice and coaching to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage technology, business, compliance, and operational risks.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience with systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Strong full-stack application development experience with Java or Python.
- Deep experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Exposure to large language models, transformer-based systems, prompt engineering, agent workflows, vector search, and retrieval concepts.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, MLflow, n8n, or comparable workflow orchestration tools.
- Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar generative AI APIs into production applications.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.

- Full-time position.
- Primary location salary range is $120 800,00 to $170 800,00 per year.
