$112k - $167k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, document, and maintain Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration and custom development where appropriate.
- Write clean, testable Apex, Lightning Web Components, and API integrations with attention to quality, performance, and security.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and external APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and help establish and maintain development standards.
- Contribute technical options, tradeoffs, and implementation paths to the Salesforce roadmap.
- Support engineering culture through knowledge sharing, modern practices, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Salesforce development experience.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification is required; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud data models and automation.
- Experience with Git-based source control, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD-enabled environments, or willingness to learn.
- Strong troubleshooting, systematic debugging, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Understanding of data governance and appropriate data ownership between Salesforce and other systems.
- Preferred experience includes Marketo-Salesforce integration, CPQ, Zuora, subscription billing, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, CTI platforms such as Five9 or Genesys, Salesforce Industries, Revenue Cloud, and multi-sandbox ALM processes.
