Base Salary
$154k - $208k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with biotechnology organizations to assess their IT landscape and architect solutions.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects from discovery to go-live.
- Provide ongoing strategic guidance and best practice education to customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Coordinate with various teams to orchestrate complex global enterprise deployments.
- Support Sales and Marketing in technical deal strategy and resolve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical roles and scientific software implementation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Information Management, or related field.
- Proven track record in leading global implementation teams for enterprise solutions.
- Ability to empathize with scientists and understand complex scientific concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong organizational capabilities.
- Self-directed and adaptable in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 30%.
