Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution and architecture design for risk and compliance capabilities across credit, market, liquidity, operational, model risk, AML, KYC, fraud, sanctions, screening, and case management.
Architect solutions for credit modelling, IFRS9/ECL, rating engines, market and liquidity risk, stress testing, operational risk controls, transaction monitoring, KYC, sanctions screening, and fraud detection.
Align risk and compliance architectures with enterprise standards, roadmaps, blueprints, and guiding principles.
Produce domain-specific solution designs and architectural patterns covering golden sources, risk data marts, lineage models, explainability controls, and hybrid rules/ML detection frameworks.
Identify architecture deviations, manage technical debt resolutions, and present issues to architecture and platform governance forums.
Engage hands-on with trading, risk, operations, finance, engineering, data science, platform, and delivery teams to ensure data quality, observability, resiliency, and cost-effectiveness.

Preferably 7–10 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture and cloud-native technologies.
Deep practical experience in at least two major risk domains and two major compliance domains, such as credit risk, market risk, operational risk, AML/KYC, fraud, or sanctions and screening.
Strong knowledge of Basel II/III, IFRS9, MAS TRM, MAS AML/CFT, FATF, Wolfsberg standards, and Model Risk Governance.
Experience integrating fraud and AML systems, risk engines, workflow and case-management platforms, graph analytics engines, data quality and lineage tools, and BI/reporting stacks.
Strong Treasury domain knowledge in areas such as pricing and analytics, position management, VaR/Greeks, P&L explain, collateral, settlements, liquidity, ALM/FTP, or hedge accounting.
Ability to define new architectures, lead projects independently, influence stakeholders across the three lines of defense, and drive adoption of best practices.
Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, proactive, and resourceful capabilities.
