Responsibilities
- Architect and develop LLM-powered AI agents and generative AI solutions for supply chain processes.
- Fine-tune and adapt LLMs using instruction tuning, embeddings, and related techniques, with vector database integration.
- Develop clean, efficient, production-ready Python code and scalable React/TypeScript user interfaces.
- Build and deploy AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LangGraph.
- Implement testing and automated pipelines to improve scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Optimize AI application performance and reduce infrastructure costs.
- Conduct research and development on emerging AI models and platforms and participate in technical evaluations and coding challenges.
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech with 5–7 years of experience in software development for large and complex enterprise applications.
- Professional Python experience with AI applications or tools, integrations, data engineering, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience with LLM training, fine-tuning, embeddings, and instruction tuning.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of traditional AI methodologies, including classical machine learning and rule-based systems.
- Ability to solve complex problems, innovate, communicate effectively, and conduct AI-focused R&D.
