Base Salary
$139k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support partners, internal teams, and end customers across North America with AI agent development and integration.
- Create and contribute to proofs of concept, demos, and quick prototypes demonstrating AI agent solutions.
- Engage customers and partners to understand business needs and define practical implementation approaches.
- Provide guidance on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and related AI capabilities.
- Identify AI agent use cases and translate them into practical, commercially relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and vendor teams on AI opportunities and customer engagements.
- Share AI agent best practices and explain technical concepts clearly to internal teams, partners, and customers.
Requirements
- Good understanding of Microsoft technologies, with strong Microsoft knowledge preferred.
- Microsoft Certified Frontier Transformation Engineer certification is strongly preferred, and willingness or ability to obtain it is required.
- Required certifications include GH-300, AI-103, AB-100, DP-600, SC-300, and SC-401.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or similar AI agent technologies is required.
- Some development skills and the ability to create quick prototypes or use vibe-coding approaches are required.
- Understanding of AI agent development and integration is required; this is not a pure developer role.
- Customer-facing experience is preferred, although candidates with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teams, partners, and customers across countries and functions are required.
- Additional Microsoft certifications are a plus.
