Base Salary
$93k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement conversational AI, generative AI, and voice AI solutions through configuration, integration, testing, and performance optimization.
- Analyze requirements, assess feasibility, and propose AI solutions, conversational experiences, prompts, and platform capabilities.
- Develop and maintain integrations and data pipelines while addressing privacy, security, and data governance requirements.
- Evaluate, test, monitor, and continuously improve AI solutions for accuracy, performance, user experience, and business impact.
- Deploy, configure, administer, and support AI platforms and environments, including production monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and release support.
- Create technical documentation, implementation standards, operational procedures, runbooks, and support materials.
- Support AI governance, compliance, security, responsible AI practices, and evaluation of emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of work experience.
- Experience developing, implementing, supporting, or maintaining enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience integrating applications, systems, APIs, or platforms in complex technology environments.
- Experience supporting production applications and resolving operational issues.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, teamwork, growth mindset, execution, delivery, planning, and support skills.
- Preferred experience with conversational AI, virtual assistants, chatbots, voice automation, or related AI technologies.
- Preferred experience with Kore.ai or similar enterprise AI platforms, generative AI, LLMs, prompt design, and AI orchestration.
- Preferred experience with speech, transcription, natural language processing, voice technologies, AI monitoring, observability, testing, or performance measurement.
- Preferred experience in healthcare, Medicare, member or provider engagement, regulated industries, cloud-based technology platforms, or AI deployments.
- Bachelor's degree, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification is preferred.
