Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback on style, correctness, testability, efficiency, and best practices.
- Contribute to and update documentation or educational content based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their impact on hardware, networks, and service operations.
- Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to select technologies.
- Optimize systems, build infrastructure, automate operational work, and manage large-scale system capacity and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
