Responsibilities
- Design and develop system architecture for Global Operations Technology to ensure stable operations.
- Develop front-office and back-office web services using Java.
- Identify dependencies across domains and develop system integrations.
- Evaluate and adopt technologies that improve development and operations efficiency.
- Implement rule-based optimization algorithms to identify cost-effective and fast delivery methods.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of programming experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on web application development and operations experience, or equivalent capabilities.
- Experience developing web applications with Java and Spring Framework.
- Interest in working with global-scale logistics systems and diverse business domains.
- Passion for developing high-availability systems handling large-scale traffic in a microservices architecture environment.
- Preferred experience with microservices development, cloud service development and operations, asynchronous event-driven architecture, ORM tools such as JPA or Hibernate, domain modeling, e-commerce services, build/test/deployment automation, and large-scale NoSQL data processing using technologies such as Memcached or Redis.
