Responsibilities
- Advise engineering and product leaders at strategic businesses on digital strategy and web implementation plans.
- Translate partner needs into actionable product proposals and validate next-generation web technologies.
- Develop proof points and activation strategies supporting market assessment, incubation, and broad adoption.
- Provide actionable partner feedback directly into the product development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Preferred qualifications include strong technical writing and technical documentation experience, web software development knowledge, familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies, insight-generation skills, partner management, and problem-solving abilities.
