Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain production tools for the design team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement software automation.
- Build the exchange layer between internal models and external MEP consultants.
- Create auto-takeoff from BIM for high-confidence estimates.
- Develop tooling for architects to quickly iterate through value-engineering options.
- Work with software engineers to support reliable and effective tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in design/CAD/BIM automation, preferably in residential construction.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build consensus.
- Strong coding experience, ideally in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Experience using Revit professionally and building integrations with it.
- Foundational knowledge of parametric design and experience with coding agents.
