Responsibilities
- Architect and ship scalable end-to-end product features across the full stack.
- Design agentic systems using LLMs for reasoning, document extraction, and enterprise process automation.
- Apply AI best practices to improve agent precision, security, reliability, and data integrity.
- Own the complete user journey, including frontend refinement, backend architecture, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Build secure, resilient, mission-critical AI solutions.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, customer friction points, and other critical problems beyond the immediate scope.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of production experience building full-stack applications with Python backends and React frontends.
- Hands-on production experience building and deploying LLM-based agentic systems or AI agents.
- Strong proficiency with FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy.
- Production experience with TypeScript and React for user interfaces.
- Practical experience with PydanticAI, Google ADK, or LangGraph, plus prompt engineering.
- Experience designing and shipping mission-critical systems with high reliability and data integrity requirements.
- Comfort using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Copilot, or Gemini.
- Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure for production applications.
- Experience with LLM observability, evaluation, or monitoring tools is a plus.
- Experience integrating ERP platforms or enterprise supply-chain software is a plus.
- German language fluency is a strong plus.
