Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to translate operational needs into product direction and system architecture.
- Build full-stack features with user interfaces, backend logic, LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and structured data pipelines.
- Develop reliable production systems addressing latency, concurrency, failure modes, scale, and evaluation.
- Scale prototypes into robust production-ready systems while balancing speed and durability.
- Help shape the company’s technical vision and product strategy.
- Own projects from architecture through delivery and iteration.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building full-stack web applications with Node.js and TypeScript in production.
- Hands-on production experience with LLM-powered features, prompt engineering, structured output parsing, context window management, and error recovery.
- Proficiency with React for user-facing interfaces.
- Experience designing MongoDB schemas with attention to query performance and flexibility.
- Experience building distributed systems and serverless infrastructure.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog, including metrics and tracing for asynchronous workflows.
- Experience with LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and structured data pipelines.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects from architecture through delivery and iteration.
- Familiarity with vector stores and embedding pipelines is a plus.
- Logistics, supply chain, or operations domain knowledge is a plus but not required.
