Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deliver scalable, maintainable, secure software solutions.
- Build and manage robust infrastructure and deployment pipelines that support seamless delivery of digital solutions.
- Develop Spring-based microservices and RESTful web services, including their design, documentation, and implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality and knowledge sharing, and contribute to technical communities.
- Apply secure coding and unit testing practices to improve software reliability and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Manage risks and controls, follow applicable policies and regulations, and take responsibility for work outcomes.
Requirements
- In-depth technical knowledge and experience in the relevant software engineering area.
- Experience with Spring Framework, including Core, Boot, MVC, AOP, and Security.
- Experience with Spring Boot microservices architecture, auto-configuration, and starters.
- Experience developing RESTful web services using RAML or OpenAPI for design, development, and documentation.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and programming, data modeling, and design patterns.
- In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with Core Java and J2EE design and development for large-scale applications.
- Knowledge of JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of Angular or React JS, React Native, micro-frontend architecture, automated testing, continuous integration and deployment tools and practices, or mobile app engineering is valued.
- Experience in business banking or payments, such as FPS, RPS, bill payments, or APIs, is valued.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, communicate complex information, make evaluative judgments, and influence technical decisions.
