Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and Model Context Protocol servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems, focusing on accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify recurring field patterns and AI-stack friction points and convert them into reusable modules or product feature requests.
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to promote development best practices, project success, and end-user adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of software development experience using Python or similar coding languages.
- Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience building structured and unstructured data pipelines using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
- Experience writing code for machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI agents.
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills for client relationship management in the region.
- Preferred: Master’s or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, and hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics and techniques for state-management optimization and granular tracing.
