Responsibilities
- Set the technical bar through your own code and architectural decisions.
- Design systems that span multiple components and produce usable design documentation.
- Identify and address technical debt before it escalates.
- Design AI workflows and contribute to AI-powered features.
- Manage delivery across workstreams and translate engineering capabilities to business needs.
- Coach and grow team members through hiring and mentorship.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building complex systems from scratch.
- Demonstrated high agency and ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Daily user of AI tools with a desire to innovate further.
- Strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field.
- Familiarity with Node, TypeScript, and GCP.
