Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and maintain integrations using Workato and custom connectors.
- Architect scalable automation solutions and solve complex integration challenges.
- Integrate Workato workflows with AI/LLM services for intelligent decision-making.
- Design frameworks for incorporating LLMs into business processes.
- Evaluate new AI/LLM capabilities for enterprise automation strategies.
- Collaborate with business units to translate requirements into Workato workflows.
- Build and support ETL/ELT processes through Workato pipelines.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance performance and reduce technical debt.
- Participate in recipe reviews and architectural assessments.
- Manage Workato deployments and configuration changes.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and mentorship to team members.
- Stay current with automation and integration advancements.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in integration development.
- 1–2 years of practical experience with Workato.
- Experience architecting automation solutions using Workato or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, REST principles, and payload formats.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines.
- Exposure to AI/LLM technologies and integration into workflows.
- Understanding of responsible AI usage and data-handling considerations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
