Base Salary
$57k - $109k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform system integration on distributed heterogeneous signal-processing systems running Linux.
- Code, test, and integrate C++ embedded and/or real-time signal-processing algorithms and control functions.
- Resolve defects and maintain or update existing codebases.
- Analyze numerical accuracy, runtime latency, and other system metrics.
- Collaborate with systems, hardware, and software engineers to implement end-user requirements.
- Support code reviews, static analysis, and continuous integration to maintain code quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM major.
- C++ software development experience.
- Experience using Linux.
- Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
- U.S. citizenship is required, and an active and existing Secret DoD security clearance is required after day one.
- Preferred: experience with Git, CMake, GoogleTest, gdb, profilers, Jira, Jenkins, and UML.
- Preferred: embedded software development experience.
- Preferred: Object-Oriented Analysis and Design experience.
- Preferred: scripting experience with Python, shell, or Bash.
