Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and design tailored satellite communication solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new customers.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of Quvia systems across business verticals.
- Troubleshoot complex POC issues and coordinate fixes with customers, QA, and engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation for solutions and services.
- Advise customers on best practices and optimal use of terrestrial and satellite communication systems.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project plans, expectations, progress updates, action items, and multiple concurrent tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in satellite and terrestrial communications, with a focus on multi-link architecture.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience with networking concepts and RF engineering.
- Knowledge of virtual infrastructure management using VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or KVM.
- Experience with next-generation firewalls and SD-WAN platforms such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Cisco Viptela, or similar enterprise solutions.
- Satellite communication systems knowledge and experience are a plus.
- Thorough understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Experience automating workflows for demos and other POC activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
