Influence and develop tooling, practices, and workflows across teams.
Ensure alignment with cross-functional partners on priorities and deliverables.
Facilitate communication to make the team's impact visible across the organization.
Foster a high-performing team through feedback, mentorship, and role modeling.
Drive initiatives that support 1Password customers across several platforms.

8+ years of software development experience with a track record of delivering complex projects.
Deep technical expertise to make architectural decisions across teams.
Experience setting technical vision and leading 12+ month roadmaps.
Ability to lead complex, cross-team initiatives with strong alignment.
Experience mentoring and elevating teammates through feedback and role modeling.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
