Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead design and architecture for major features or components.
- Independently determine approaches and methods for complex, ambiguous assignments.
- Partner with engineering teams, Product, and UX to shape solutions before implementation.
- Build technical credibility and working relationships beyond the immediate team.
- Establish and champion engineering best practices across teams.
- Mentor Senior and mid-level engineers and help expand their technical judgment and ownership.
- Lead technical initiatives spanning multiple engineers or systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical initiatives across multiple engineers or systems.
- Deep expertise in relevant frontend and/or backend technologies.
- Cloud architecture experience.
- Hands-on professional experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Devin, Windsurf, or similar is preferred.
