Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to conceive, design, and launch products and services.
- Design and build scalable technologies in a large distributed computing environment.
- Develop prediction solutions and distributed storage, indexing, and query systems.
- Create reliable, fault-tolerant, low-cost, and easy-to-manage software solutions.
- Lead design and architecture for new and existing systems.
- Write high-quality software and deliver it through an agile development process.
- Improve network demand management, forecasting, procurement-blocker escalation, analytics, and platform modernization capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.
- Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
