Responsibilities
- Own product areas end to end, from concept through deployment.
- Ship production features daily and collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineers.
- Build fully agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and transition successful experiments toward scale and quality.
- Contribute to product direction as one of the first engineering hires.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- High-agency, resourceful startup mindset with strong ownership of projects and outcomes.
- Willingness to engage with customers and work in a fast-paced founding-team environment.
