Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for Agrowin software.
- Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and improve ETL processes and data flows.
- Work with servers, application environments, backups, and deployments.
- Develop and maintain cloud functionality with Symfony PHP.
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and Data teams.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Support testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with PHP and Symfony.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including MariaDB and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of servers, application environments, and infrastructure basics.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools.
- Analytical troubleshooting skills and effective communication.
- English proficiency.
- French, Linux, Docker, Firebird, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, business-critical application support, and Agrowin or similar sector software knowledge are nice to have.
