Responsibilities
- Provide application management and customer support for object modelling, financial instruments, and data-feed topics.
- Categorize, analyze, and reproduce client issues and provide incident workarounds.
- Manage requests for information and service requests.
- Analyze requirements and solutions for small enhancements.
- Implement bug fixes and estimate and implement small enhancements.
- Deliver reliable service and communicate efficiently with customers.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or comparable education.
- At least 5 years of work experience in the fintech sector.
- Programming skills in any programming language, XML, shell scripting, or similar technologies.
- Avaloq certification.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and data feeds from external providers such as SIX.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Excellent client orientation and communication skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
