Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and long-term technical roadmap for a modern microservices architecture.
- Utilize AI coding assistants to automate development processes and enhance team productivity.
- Drive technical excellence and make critical architectural decisions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to develop APIs that meet complex regulatory requirements.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical curiosity and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while leading teams through production incidents.
- Communicate technical strategies effectively to both leadership and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 16+ years of experience in designing and developing high-scale, secure cloud-native systems.
- Expert proficiency in Java or Go, with deep knowledge of AWS ecosystems.
- Experience with cloud-native infrastructure and microservices patterns.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate software delivery.
- Proven track record of building high-volume public-facing APIs.
- Experience with high-throughput data processing and storage solutions.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Ability to influence technical strategy across teams without direct authority.
