Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end service assurance and observability architectures covering metrics, logs, traces, events, topology, and reporting.
- Implement and scale cloud-native observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, and Tempo.
- Architect solutions aligned with TM Forum standards and TMF Open Digital Architecture.
- Build reusable Ansible automation frameworks, including playbooks, roles, modules, and orchestration patterns.
- Develop Jenkins CI/CD pipelines for integration, automated testing, and deployment of automation artifacts.
- Design monitoring integrations for Kubernetes and containerized microservices.
- Produce HLDs, LLDs, test plans, deployment patterns, and operational handover artifacts.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and operations teams on operational readiness and service integration.
- Contribute to AI-assisted assurance, AIOps, and Autonomous Network innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of deep hands-on experience in service assurance and network management systems.
- Strong expertise with cloud-native observability stacks, including Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, and Tempo.
- Strong Ansible automation capabilities, including roles, playbooks, and modular design.
- Experience with Jenkins pipelines, integrations, and automated deployments.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on expertise in Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of TM Forum standards, TMF Open APIs, ODA architecture concepts, service orchestration, and assurance principles.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, routing, and switching.
- Ability to convert business requirements into scalable architecture and design blueprints.
- Understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native design patterns.
- Knowledge of Autonomous Network maturity models, intents, closed-loop automation, and L0–L4 autonomy concepts is desirable.
- Experience with AI/ML or AIOps solutions, anomaly detection, predictive assurance, service modelling, topology modelling, and assurance data pipelines is desirable.
- Strong communication, collaboration, curiosity, ownership, and ability to simplify complex architectures.
