Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI systems to automate complex workflows.
- Develop LLM-powered features using state-of-the-art models and APIs.
- Architect and implement multi-agent pipelines and integrations.
- Build robust RAG systems for document processing and retrieval.
- Collaborate with teams to identify AI automation opportunities.
- Own the full development lifecycle of AI features.
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor on AI best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging techniques in agentic AI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping production-grade products with LLMs.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering and LLM reasoning.
- Experience with agent orchestration and tool-use frameworks.
- Proficiency in designing structured evaluations for AI systems.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in government, defense, or regulated environments.
- Strong experience with code generation agents.
