Base Salary
$135k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and connect systems across CRM, marketing automation, and AI platforms.
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data synchronization.
- Build and own structured datasets for pipeline and account models.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance prospect research and lead scoring.
- Partner with teams to design systems that identify high-fit prospects.
- Develop BI models and dashboards for real-time revenue performance visibility.
- Monitor and optimize systems and data pipelines.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years in Growth, GTM Engineering, or Revenue Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and data modeling.
- Proven experience building scalable data models and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and integration tools.
- Experience with AI agents or workflows for GTM use cases.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and revenue funnels.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally.
