Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with top accounts across pre-sales discovery, architecture design, integration planning, and post-launch tuning.
- Build end-to-end proofs of concept using TypeScript, Python, the Composio SDK, and customer technology stacks.
- Diagnose difficult customer issues live by inspecting developer tools, reading logs, reproducing problems in a notebook, and filing actionable GitHub issues.
- Write reference architectures and reusable code patterns for future customer engagements.
- Partner with engineering on the enterprise roadmap and prepare design proposals for recurring customer needs.
- Use Composio to automate parts of the team’s own workflow.
Requirements
- Experience in core solutions or applied engineering.
- Production code-shipping experience rather than only demo development.
- Experience owning a customer technical relationship from initial call through live deployment.
- Experience making and defending architecture decisions with senior customer-side engineers.
- Experience building with and for language models, with awareness of frontier laboratory developments.
- Strong developer-experience judgment and the ability to write clear documentation and explain complex ideas.
- Ability to build trust with customers and acknowledge knowledge gaps.
- Multiple years of production TypeScript or Python experience are optional.
- Developer tools or infrastructure company experience is optional.
- Contributions to a major open source project are optional.
- Starting companies or building large side projects is optional.
