Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with top accounts, including pre-sales discovery and post-launch tuning.
- Build end-to-end proofs of concept using TypeScript, Python, and customer tech stacks.
- Diagnose customer issues live, reproducing problems and filing actionable GitHub issues.
- Write reference architectures and reusable code patterns for team use.
- Partner with engineering on the enterprise roadmap and prepare design documents for common customer requests.
- Use Composio's product to automate parts of your own workflow.
Requirements
- Experience in core solutions or applied engineering.
- Proven track record of shipping production code.
- Experience managing customer technical relationships from initial contact to deployment.
- Ability to make and defend architecture decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with AI and language models.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
