Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows across IRM, BCM, SecOps, TPRM, Privacy Management, Regulatory Change Management, and Operational Resilience.
- Build risk, compliance, audit, policy, vendor risk, business continuity, privacy, regulatory change, and resilience workflows and dashboards.
- Develop security operations capabilities for Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence integrations, incident triage, remediation, escalation, and vulnerability management.
- Build REST/SOAP integrations and configure IntegrationHub and MID Server integrations with enterprise, governance, monitoring, and security platforms.
- Develop reusable components and automated workflows using JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Support CAM workflows, continuous compliance monitoring, automated control validation, evidence collection, audit readiness, and frameworks such as RMF and FedRAMP.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, platform governance, upgrades, patches, releases, deployments, documentation, and QA/testing support.
- Collaborate with architects, administrators, business users, and security teams during implementation and support activities.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC, BCM, SecOps, TPRM, Operational Resilience, Privacy Management, and Regulatory Change Management.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, risk and compliance workflows, and business continuity and resilience processes.
- Experience developing REST/SOAP integrations and configuring MID Server integrations.
- Good understanding of CMDB and enterprise integration architecture.
- Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Preferred exposure to CAM, RMF, FedRAMP, regulated compliance environments, SIEM, vulnerability management, cloud security platforms, operational resilience, enterprise governance frameworks, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and CIS – Risk & Compliance.
