Responsibilities

Design and develop critical full-stack internal applications with React, TypeScript, and Python.
Architect multi-chain asset deployments, expand CLI tooling, and build secure wallet structures for automated DeFi operations.
Deploy and manage systems on GCP and Kubernetes, including CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Config Connector.
Use AI tooling and coding agents to accelerate full-stack development while maintaining engineering standards.
Lead code reviews, automated testing, technical mentorship, and continuous improvement of platform architecture.
Build fault-tolerant systems with rigorous testing, observability, and high-availability/disaster-recovery practices.
Manage and mentor high-performing engineering teams and communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

10+ years building production systems in financial services or other high-stakes environments.
Proven experience managing and mentoring high-performing engineering teams, including career development and technical guidance.
Strong fundamentals across TypeScript, Python, and other technologies, with sound technology-selection judgment.
Cloud and DevOps fluency with GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Strong PostgreSQL skills and familiarity with analytical stores such as BigQuery, including schema and data-model design.
Experience delivering fault-tolerant systems with testing, observability, and HA/DR practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for working across global technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, identify problems, and own solutions end to end.
Ability to use large language models such as Claude and Gemini to accelerate delivery without compromising engineering standards.
Familiarity with the crypto industry, DeFi protocols, yield-generation opportunities, or digital asset custody solutions is preferred.
