Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end testing of FortiAIGate across SaaS and on-premises deployments, including functionality, integration, performance, and reliability.
- Design and implement SaaS testing for multi-tenant isolation, tenant onboarding and provisioning, metering and billing reconciliation, and license and entitlement validation.
- Validate Kubernetes-based elastic scaling, zero-downtime upgrades, and failover across single-cluster and multi-data-center deployments.
- Test LLM Gateway and AI Guardrails detection accuracy, false-positive and false-negative regression, and protection effectiveness with red-team collaboration.
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks and regression suites while driving shift-left testing and continuous validation.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams on test planning and release gating.
Requirements
- Solid software testing experience with meaningful focus on SaaS or cloud-native products.
- Hands-on experience testing multi-tenant SaaS control-plane capabilities such as tenant isolation, provisioning, metering, billing, and licensing.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and the ability to troubleshoot with kubectl, including pods, services, scaling, and rolling upgrades.
- Proficiency with a performance or load-testing tool such as k6, Locust, or JMeter.
- Strong API-level testing skills using Postman or scripting, plus test automation and Python or equivalent scripting skills.
- Experience with observability-based troubleshooting using logs, metrics such as p95/p99 latency and error rates, and distributed tracing.
- AI/LLM product testing experience or cybersecurity product testing experience is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Fortinet products or comparable cybersecurity products is preferred.
- Understanding of AI security offense and defense, red-teaming, adversarial testing, and prompt injection is preferred.
- Familiarity with MCP, A2A, Agent Security, and NHI identity is preferred.
