Base Salary
$80k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-based services and APIs.
- Translate product and business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Own projects from design through production rollout and ongoing support.
- Write maintainable code and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Participate in code reviews and improve engineering standards.
- Build testing, observability, security, and operational readiness into services.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery, investigation, and learning responsibly.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience with a modern programming language such as Ruby, Scala, Python, Java, or TypeScript.
- Experience building or integrating with APIs and backend services.
- Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with automated testing, version control, and modern software delivery practices.
- Understanding of cloud application development and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to plan work, refine specifications, delegate tasks, and validate implementation quality.
