Base Salary
$211k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle projects and drive progress.
- Coordinate and communicate with team members and cross-functional teams.
- Design applications with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and reliability.
- Write clear, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
- Mentor and support other engineers, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software design and development on Unix/Linux platforms.
- 5+ years of experience with distributed networking/cloud systems at scale.
- Proficient in writing resilient and maintainable code in Rust, C, C++, and/or Go.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical ideas.
- A passion for learning and sharing knowledge with others.
