Base Salary
$210k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and ship code for key roadmap initiatives
- Lead domain modeling, architecture, and development of patient-provider matching systems
- Improve the reliability and accuracy of core data and booking attribution systems
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, Marketing, and Analytics partners
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and one-on-one pairing
- Explore generative AI tools and technology for future AI-generated insights and custom-queried dashboards
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling data-intensive analytics platforms, including backend services and frontend visualization
- Experience integrating generative AI tools into daily workflows
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for mentoring engineers and improving accuracy and reliability
