Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver a production-ready auth layer for GenAI workloads.
- Launch GenAI-specific alerting capabilities to detect quality and performance issues.
- Ship backend features end-to-end, from API design to production rollout.
- Maintain service reliability and observability, participating in on-call duties.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building and operating production backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Flask or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs at scale.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience with asynchronous/event-driven processing using Celery or Kafka.
- Comfort with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerized deployments.
