Base Salary
$160k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write, review, debug, and integrate software code, spending up to 50% of working time coding depending on project phase.
- Shape system architecture, technical roadmaps, and deployment plans across the Digital Solutions portfolio.
- Support product demos, field trials, pilots, and customer engagements, including approximately 30% travel.
- Transition prototypes into reusable, production-ready platforms.
- Mentor developers and engineers and improve delivery quality.
- Lead technical collaboration with customers and partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development, digital products, or systems integration.
- Strong hands-on coding experience across backend systems, APIs, web/mobile applications, and cloud, on-premises, or edge environments.
- Ability to lead technical work and collaborate directly with customers and partners.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- BS/MS in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- A submitted writing sample is required for a complete application.
- Must be a US person, defined as a US citizen, permanent resident, or other protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act.
- Bonus qualifications include C#, Unity, Node.js, TypeScript, AR/MR, digital warehousing, logistics workflows, OCR/computer vision, AI/ML, microservices, Docker, PostgreSQL, Linux, NGINX, React, mobile development, cybersecurity, secure deployments, and defense or industrial experience.
