Responsibilities
- Design, extend, and operate infrastructure and services across projects.
- Build and operate CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native infrastructure, and automation solutions.
- Own cross-project infrastructure and tooling for integration and delivery.
- Partner with software engineers and business teams to accelerate delivery.
- Improve deployment reliability, observability, operational excellence, security, performance, and efficiency.
- Prepare concepts to automate complex services, processes, and operating models.
- Conduct performance analyses and tuning.
- Support incident and problem management from fault analysis through fault clearance.
- Lead complex CI/CD initiatives and support development, quality assurance, and product releases.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in computer science or a related field, or several years of software development experience.
- Excellent knowledge of modern IT stacks, including test automation, CI/CD, cloud-native systems, and on-premises and off-premises infrastructure.
- Solid software engineering background with practical programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms and Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on experience in software development projects using modern frameworks and high-level programming languages.
- Experience operating applications and infrastructure in cloud and/or Kubernetes environments.
- Strong automation mindset and passion for reducing manual effort.
- Intercultural competence and proficient English at least at B2 level.
- Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
- Telecommunications, networking, or service provisioning experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of TM Forum standards and processes is preferred.
- Experience with Camunda-based workflow solutions is preferred.
- German language skills are preferred.
